BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an upgrade to the computer aided
dispatch software for the Police Department in the amount of$15,000 from A. L. Roark and
Associates. This purchase is exempt from competitive bidding because it is available from
only one source. Funds for the purchase are available in the Police Department's
Confiscated Goods Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 11995.
