WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase of commercial gym

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Health Line, Inc. for the purchase of commercial gym
equipment for Parks and Recreation Department, Magnolia Park Activity Center in the
above stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
