WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract for Guard Services and
Events Staff for the Convention Facilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Patriot Security submitted a bid as follows:
DESCRIPTION UNIT PRICE
Guard Service Supervisor $ 7.25/hr.
Ticket Taker Supervisor $ 6.90/hr.
Ticket Taker $ 6.50/hr.
Usher Supervisor $ 6.90/hr.
Usher $ 6.50/hr.
Door Guard $ 6.50/hr.
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Patriot Security
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Patriot Security in the above stated amounts for an annual
contract for Guard Services and Events Staff for the Convention Facilities Department be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
