WHEREAS, two bids were received for the demolition and removal of two structures
located at 2850 and 2860 Laurel; and,
WHEREAS, Gissco-Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $16,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gissco-Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gissco-Inc. in the amount of$16,000.00 for the demolition and
removal of two structures located at 2850 and 2860 Laurel be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6,zZ day of
1994.
