WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to the Liberty-Laurel Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan
Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for improvements to the Liberty-Laurel
Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan Boulevard be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 120: 0.0097 acre out of the Noah Tevis Survey, Abstract 52 (2990
Laurel Avenue)
Owner: Warren Electric Company of Texas
Appraised Value: $3,487.00 (Partial Taking)
Less Improvements: .00
Total Compensation: $3,487.00
