WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to the Liberty-Laurel Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan
Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for improvements to the Liberty-Laurel
Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan Boulevard be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 121: Lot 2, Laurel Plaza
(2870 Laurel Avenue)
Owners: Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Nichols, Sr.
Appraised Value: $95,000.00 (Whole Taking)
