WHEREAS, on Monday, June 27, 1994, sealed bids were received for the purchase
of one (1) total station survey unity and drawing software for the Engineering Division; and,
WHEREAS, Transit & Level Clinic submitted a bid in the following amounts:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Transit &Level
Clinic should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Transit & Level Clinic for the purchase of one (1) total station
survey unit and drawing software for the Engineering Division in the above stated amounts
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
