WHEREAS, the claim of Frank Taylor vs. City of Beaumont has been discussed in
an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Frank Taylor
vs. City of Beaumont in the amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100
($8,900.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
