WHEREAS, on March 29, 1994, City Council awarded a contract to Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. for the 1994 Street Rehabilitation Program "Reconstruction and Overlay"
in the amount of $1,851,323.39; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being requested to increase the contract amount
by $20,560.00 for additional base materials for a portion of Babe Zaharias Drive increasing
the contract amount to $1,871,883.39; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with Bo-Mac Contractor, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thef day of
1994.
