RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on Monday,February 7, 1994, sealed bids were received for an annual contract
to purchase approximately 250,000 pounds or 22,000 gallons of sodium bisulfite to be used by the
Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Wesken-Hall submitted a bid in the amount of$.8780 per gallon; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Wesken-Hall should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wesken-Hall for an annual contract to purchase approximately 22,000
gallons of sodium bisulfite for the Water Reclamation Plant in the amount of$.8780 per gallon be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
