WHEREAS, the claim of Jeff Patrick vs. City of Beaumont has been discussed in an
Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Jeff Patrick
vs. City of Beaumont in the amount of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Three and 60/100
($4,803.60) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �4day
