RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one diesel driven, 55 HP
tractor to be used by the Street and Drainage Department; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the in the
amount of $16,959.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Oil City
Tractors, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Oil City Tractors, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of $16,959.00
for one diesel driven, 55 HP tractor to be used by the Street and Drainage Department, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
