WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) sewer jet cleaner
truck for the Water Utilities, Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, AAA Flexible Pipe Cleaning Corporation of LaPorte, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $72,775.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by AAA
Flexible Pipe Cleaning Corporation of LaPorte, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by AAA Flexible Pipe Cleaning Corporation of LaPorte, Texas in the
amount of $72,775.00 for the purchase of one (1) sewer jet cleaner truck for use by the Water
Utilities, Sewer Maintenance Division, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
