WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements in Bellechase Three, Phase Two, described as follows, have been completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements
• Littlewood Drive from the existing pavement on Littlewood Drive approximately 475
feet west to and including the cul-de-sac.
• Shadow Bend Drive from Littlewood Drive approximately 180 feet south to a Type
III barricade at end of pavement.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
• Lots 64 through 71, Block 2
• Lot 7, Block 3
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Public Works and Engineering Department recommends
acceptance of said improvements for maintenance and the City Council is of the opinion that
said improvements should be accepted for maintenance by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Bellechase Three,
Phase Two, as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont for maintenance
by the City contingent upon the developers filing of final plats and dedication of rights of way
and installation of street lights.
