Home My WebLink AboutRES 92-096 j_ 9./ RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Gulf States Utilities Company, has requested the City of Beaumont grant a twenty foot (20') utility easement out of a tract of land out of the Noah Tevis Survey to provide electrical service to the proposed extension of Riverfront Park; and, WHEREAS, it appears that it would be equitable to allow such an easement at this time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to grant an easement to Gulf States Utilities Company to provide electrical service to the proposed extension of Riverfront Park out of a tract of land out of the Noah Tevis Survey, a plat of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
