BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute in behalf of the City of
Beaumont a quitclaim deed substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A," which
such quitclaim deed quitclaims all the interest the City might have in Lots No. 1-26, Block
No. 38 of the Averill Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, to the James
Cook Wilson, Jr. Trust and the Mary Randolph Wilson Trust and the Faye Randolph Wilson
Trust and to the purchasers Rodolfo P. Sotolongo and Nereida Sotolongo.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day

That certain Earnest Money Contract dated June 12,
1991, between and among William Waldo Wilson, Jr., et al. ,
as Sellers, and Rodolfo P. Sotolongo and Nereida Sotolongo,
as Purchasers, and the Grantor, covering the Property
described herein.
PROPERTY (INCLUDING ANY IMPROVEMENTS) :
Lots Number One (1) through Twenty-Six (26) , in Block
Number Thirty-Eight (38) of the AVERILL ADDITION to the City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, together with all
improvements thereon, recorded in Volume 1, Pages 131-132,
Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas.
For the consideration, Grantor quitclaims to Grantee all of
Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the property,
including but not limited to all right, title and interest of
Grantor acquired under that certain Deed of Gift dated
October 23; 1969, recorded` in Volume 1623, Page 276, Deed Records
of Jefferson County, Texas, to have and to hold it to Grantee,
Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns
forever. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's heirs, executors,
administrators, successors or assigns shall have, claim or demand
any right or title to the property or any part of it.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns
include the plural.
