RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the facts of the claim for damages
of Mary and Robert Howard and their minor child Desiree Howard in an Executive Session
properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim for
damages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim for damages of Mary
and Robert Howard in the amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($10,550.00).
And their minor child Desiree Howard in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($1,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of the claim for
damages is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the :Z�,&day
