WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements in Willow Creek Country Club Estates .- Phase H, Section VIII-D described as
follows, have been completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
• Marion Drive from the existing pavement 102 feet north to the centerline
of the cul-de-sac, then 617 feet east to Cypress Point.
• Cypress Point from Marion Drive 204 feet south to the existing pavement on
Cypress Point.
• Sawgrass Circle from the intersection of Marion Drive and Cypress Point 152 feet
northeast to and including the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
o Lots 8 through 22, Block 15
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering Department
recommends that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should
be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Willow Creek
Country Club Estates - Phase II, Section VIII-D, as described above, are hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing
of the final plat complete with filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown
required on the preliminary and final plats.
