Home My WebLink AboutRES 90-233 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on August 21, 1990, City Council awarded a contract to Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc., for the 1990 Street Overlay Project in the amount of $2,101,562.56; and, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being requested for 3,200 s.y. of base repair on Washington Boulevard, Langham Road and Bigner Road in the amount of$5.43 per square yard for a total of $17,376.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $17,376.00 to the contract between the City of Beaumont and Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. for the 1990 Street Overlay Project.
