RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Willow Creek Country Club Estates - Phase I,
Section IV have completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements as
follows:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements
• Willow Bend Drive from the existing pavement on Willow
Bend Drive 1,007 feet in a southerly direction to a Type
III barricade;
• Prestwick Circle from Willow Bend Drive approximately
1,111 feet in an easterly direction to and including the cul-
de-sac;
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
• Lots 1 through 17, Block 1;
• An 8" water line between Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 4, Block
3, along the east side of Willow Bend Drive adjacent to
the third tee box;
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities Departments
recommend that said improvements meet City standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Willow Creek
Country Club Estates - Phase I, Section IV, as described above, are hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont contingent upon filing of the final plat complete with proper filings of
dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown required on preliminary and final plats
and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
