BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a Deed Without Warranty conveying Lot 468, Block 62 of the Beaumont
Addition to East Mount Olive Baptist Church, Inc. for the
consideration of Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars
($2,550. 00) .

conveying the City's interest in Lot 468, Block 62 of the Beaumont Addition.
The property was conveyed to East Mount Olive Baptist Church, Inc. by Resolution
#90-103 dated May 29, 1990.

THAT, the CITY OF BEAUMONT, P. O. Box 3827, Beaumont, Texas
77704, a municipal corporation domiciled in Jefferson County,
Texas hereinafter called GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2 , 550. 00)
and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee
herein named, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and
by these presents does hereby GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto EAST
MOUNT OLIVE BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. , a corporation domiciled in
Jefferson County, Texas , mailing address being 1197 Corley
Beaumont, Texas 77701, subject to the reservations hereinafter
made, all of that certain real estate (the "Property") lying and
being situated in Jefferson County, Texas, more particularly
described as follows:
LOT 468, BLOCK 62 of the BEAUMONT ADDITION
to the City of Beaumont, as recorded in
the office of the County Clerk of Jefferson
County, Texas

This conveyance is expressly made subject to all covenants,
restrictions and easements of record affecting said property, if
any.
GRANTOR, for the consideration and subject to the reservations
from and exceptions to conveyance, conveys to GRANTEE the
property without express or implied warranty, and all warranties
that might arise by common law and the warranties in Section
5. 023 of the Texas Property Code (or its successor) are excluded.
