BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Cheryl Cooper be, and he is hereby, appointed
as full-time Chief Magistrate of the Municipal Court for a two-
year term at a salary of Forty-Four Thousand Dollars ($44, 000. 00)
per year, effective February 12 , 1990.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
February, 1990.
