R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS on April 25, 1989 , City Council awarded a
contract to W. B. Construction, Inc. in the amount of $135,300 . 00
for the Beaumont Information Center and Babe Zaharias Park
Improvement Project; and,
WHEREAS, change orders to the contract increased the
amount by $14,150 . 30 making a new contract amount of $149,450. 30 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to W. B. Construction, Inc. in
the amount of $7,472 .00 for the Beaumont Information Center and
Babe Zaharias Park Improvement Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
