R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer and street improvements in Willow Creek Country Club
Estates, Phase Two, Section VIII C and described as follows, have
been completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
• Cypress Point from the existing pavement on Cypress
Point 576 feet north to the end of the pavement and
Type III barricade
• Myrtle Beach Drive from Willow Bend Drive 1 ,006 feet in
a southeasterly direction to Cypress Point
• Merion Drive from Myrtle Beach Drive 159 feet north to the
end of the pavement and Type III barricade
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
Lots 12 through 21 , Block 14
Lots 2 through 7, 23 and 24, Block 15
Lots 7 through 14, Block 16
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering
Department recommends that said improvements meet city standards
and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City
Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted
and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
of Willow Creek Country Club Estates, Phase Two, Section VIII C,
as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing
of the final plat complete with filings of dedication of all
rights-of-way and easements shown required on the preliminary and
final plats.
