R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a six-foot (6 ' ) wide underground electrical easement and a six by eight foot (6 ' x 8 ' ) transformer and switchgear equipment easement, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to Gulf States Utilities Company for installation of a pad-mounted transformer and switchgear equipment to replace and relocate the overhead electrical distribution lines with underground electrical lines.
