BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT an IBM AS/400 model 35 computer system and operating
software package be purchased for the Police Department from IBM
Corporation at a cost of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine
Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars ($117,988.00) , including software,
hardware and a five (5) year maintenance agreement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
