R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest for the taxpayers on the tax
accounts listed below be, and they are hereby, waived pursuant to
Section 33.011 of the Texas Property Tax Code as each taxpayer' s
failure to pay was caused by a billing error or similar mistakes:
