BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
World Wide Welding Press of Houston, Texas Seventeen Thousand Six
Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($17,643.19 ) for
emergency repairs to the Caterpillar dozer located at the Landfill.
