land in the David Brown League, Abstract 5, in Jefferson County, Texas, said
0.3705 acres of land being out of the same tract of land described in an instru-
ment from Howard Schindler to The State Of Texas, dated January 30, 1981,as
recorded in Volume 2292, Page 230 in Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas,
