On an _emergency basis oni_j, e - eaumont Eire apartment ;ill respond to fires occurring at tie Jefferson County Airport by dispatching its firefi�7'7tin equipment and personnel for secondary fire protection. 2. in consideration of such service, the County, through its Road and Bridge Precinct Ios. 1 and 4 shall furnish labor and equipment for the maintenance, repair and reconstruction of City streets, roads, ditches and recreational areas as the County is able to coordinate the services with its own work and scheduling.
