BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the donation from the
Young Men' s Business League of the property described in the deeds
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

which is now identified as being the South

Addition to the City of Beaumont, according
to the plat on file in the office of the

Williams Survey and being a part of that certain tract of land 1372 '
East and West by 208' North and South, which was conveyed by Phil
Hanks and wife, Ellen Hanks, to B. Irby and R. E. Smith by deed dated
September 29, 1909, recorded in Vol. 112, Page 235, Deed Records of
Jefferson County, Texas, to which deed reference is herein made for
more specific location of said tract. The part of said tract herein
conveyed being described by metes and bounds as follows;
