WHEREAS, the developers of Dowlen Plaza have completed the
water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements as
follows:
Street Improvements:
Wellington Place from Dowlen Road approximately
780 feet west to and including the cul-de-sac
Dr ive
Wellington Circle from Wellington Place approximately
185 feet south to and including the cul-de-sac
Water Improvements:
Lots 1-22 out of the H. Williams Survey A-56
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
in Dowlen Plaza, as above described, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted by the City of Beaumont, contingent upon filing of the final
plat complete with proper filings of dedication of all rights-of-way
and easements shown required on preliminary and final plat, and shall
be continuously maintained by the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
