WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for Dr . Martin Luther King, Jr . Parkway/Spur 380, Phase
III;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for Dr . Martin
Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380, in the name of the State of
Texas, be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 190: 12,419 square feet (0. 2851 acres)
Abstract 5, David Brown League
(Whole Taking)
Owners: Marie Lloyd
State' s Approved Value: $49, 500
