BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
railroad crossing permit from Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, to
install sanitary sewer to separate the combined sewer system in the
area of Wall Street from Main Street to Railroad Avenue for a
one-time fee of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) .
