Kennedy and other owners have donated two ( 2) lots to the City of Beaumont, descriptions of which are on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of said donation and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation for future right-of-way use is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the donation of two ( 2 ) lots, descriptions of which are on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, by Mrs. H. E .
