R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Briar Creek , Addition II, have
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements as follows:
Street Improvements:
Shady Hollow Lane from the cul-de-sac on Arbor Wood
Lane approximately 470 feet north to and including
the cul-de-sac on Rollingbrook Lane
Rollingbrook Lane from the cul-de-sac on Shady
Hollow Lane approximately 600 feet east to and
including the cul-de-sac on Foxbriar Lane
Foxbriar Lane from the cul-de-sac on Rollingbrook
Lane approximately 478 feet south to and
including the cul-de-sac on Arbor Wood Lane
Arbor Wood Lane from the cul-de-sac on Foxbriar
Lane approximately 635 feet west to and
including the cul-de-sac on Shady Hollow Lane
Briar Court from Arbor Wood Lane approximately
170 feet north to and including the cul-de-sac
Live Oak Trail from Rollingbrook Lane
approximately 165 feet north to the existing
pavement on Live Oak Trail
Water Improvements:
Lots 1-33, Block 4
Lots 1-20, Block 5
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
in Briar Creek , Addition II, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
