WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a cash
register for use in the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Triangle Cash Registers of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,275 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Triangle Cash Registers is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Triangle Cash Registers in the amount of
$1 ,275 for the purchase of a cash register for use in the Municipal
Court is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1984.
