HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 84-316 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developers of Meadowlands Subdivision have completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements as follows: Street Improvements: Sierra Circle from Tahoe Drive approximately 1 ,017 feet easterly to and including the cul-de-sac, then approximately 70 feet north Tahoe Drive from R. F.D. Road approximately 615 feet northwest Raton Circle from Sierra Circle approximately 350 feet northwest to and including the cul-de-sac Durango Drive from Sierra Circle approximately 340 feet west and 152 feet southeast Water and Sewer Improvements: Lots 1-7, Block 1 Lots 1-7, Block 2 Lots 1-5 and 30-43, Block 3 Lots 1-7, Block 4 Lots 1-3 and 11, Block 5 and, WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements in Meadowlands Subdivision, as above described, be, and the same are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
