WHEREAS, the developers of Briar Creek Addition and Briar
Creek Townhomes have completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm
sewer, and street improvements as follows:
Street Improvements:
Liveoak Trail from Folsom Drive approximately 587
feet south
Greenbriar Lane from Liveoak Trail approximately
443 feet east and approximately 175 feet west to
and including the cul-de-sacs on either end of the
street
Timberline Lane from Liveoak Trail approximately
420 feet east and approximately 225 feest west to
and including the cul-de-sacs on either end of the
street
Briar Creek Drive (a 37-foot collector street) from
Folson Drive approximately 637 feet south
Water and Sewer Improvements:
Lots 1-24, Block 1
Lots 1-23, Block 2
Lots 1-12, Block 3
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Briar Creek Addition and Briar Creek Townhomes, as above
described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
