WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of the
following office furniture:

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted by Etex Office Products and Lamb' s are the lowest and best
bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Etex Office Products, Inc. and Lamb' s in
the amounts stated above for the purchase of office furniture is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
