WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of twenty-
seven ( 27) light bars for police patrol vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, Emergency Products, Inc. of Kemah, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $27,189; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Emergency Products, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Emergency Products, Inc. in the amount of
$27 ,189 for the purchase of twenty-seven ( 27) light bars for police
patrol vehicles is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
