City of Beaumont and Multisonics, Inc. , No. B-116,668 ; and, WHEREAS, the parties have, by agreement, resolved all matters in dispute; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Beaumont, an Agreed Judgment to be entered in the above-entitled and numbered cause, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" .
