HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 83-246 e ''3 _ .2 �` R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developer of Park Meadow Unit V has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements as follows: Street Improvements Glen Meadow Lane west of the center line of Green Meadow Drive for approximately 370 feet and east of the center line of Green Meadow Drive for approximately 320 feet; Green Meadow Drive from Glen Meadow Lane to approximately 1090 feet south; Water and Sewer Improvements Lots 5-6 , Block 2 ; Lots 4-6 , Block 4 ; and Lots 1-3 , Block 5 ; and, WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the Directors of the Urban Transportation and Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements in Park Meadow Unit V, as above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
