R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, John and Patricia Riddle have tendered an
easement to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County , Texas, for
utility purposes as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easement for utility purposes is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement tendered by John and Patricia Riddle to the
City of Beaumont, and the same is hereby , in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

FIELDNOTE DESCRIPTION of an easement being 20 feet in width and lying
10 feet either side of a line out of the John Riddle property described
in Volume 2229, Page 119 and Volume 2153, Page 55 the Deeds of Record of
Jefferson County, Texas and further shown on Plat D-27 of the Hezekiah
Williams, Jr. Survey, being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on a catch basin South 890 551 00" West 47 feet
from the southeast corner of City Tax Tract 5;
Trir= North 180 02' 00" West 219 feet to a turninc- point;
TM,TCE North 010 04' 00" East 409+ feet to the marsh.
