HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 82-338 X02-3 ,3 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developer of Somerset Village, Section II, has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements as follows : Street Improvements Mockingbird Lane from Willowglen approximately 352 feet to Dead End; Monica from Willowglen approximately 950 feet west; and, Willowglen from Monica approximately 480 feet north. Water and Sewer Improvements Lots 1 - 19, Block 6 Lots 1 - 24, Block 7 and, WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements in Somerset Village, Section II, as above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
