HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 82-13 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the purchase of an easement needed for the Sanitary Sewage System Improvements Segment 70 Intercepter at its appraised value; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the purchase of the easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby authorized: The west 15 feet of a 30 foot wide unnamed aban- doned street in the J. W. Bullock Survey for $2, 000. 00 from Bar C Trust. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the IgA day of 19 A:Z. Mayor - TRACT N0. 6 15 Foot Utility Easement Being the west 15 feet of a portion of that certain 30 foot wide unnamed street located in the J. W. Bullock Survey, Abstract 7, Jefferson County, Texas, and abandoned by the City of Beaumont by ordinance as recorded in Vol . 1149, page 623, of the Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, said 30 foot street being located between the east line of the Heflebower & Scott Subdivision, Vol . 1, page 83, .Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, and the west line of the M. C. Cartwright Subdivision, Vol . 4, page 194, of said Map Records, said 15 foot strip being bounded on the north by the south line of U.S. Highway 69, 96, & 287 (Cardinal Drive) right-of-way and on the south by the eastward extension of the south line of Lot 21c of the Heflebower & Scott Subdivision, and containing approximately 0.22 acres of land, more or less. 30 Foot Temporary Construction Easement Being a 30 foot strip of land located adjacent and parallel to and west of '< the above described 15 foot utility easement and further being the east 30 feet of Lots 21c, 21b, 21a, and part of Lot 20d of the Heflebower & Scott Subdivision. ��!-�3 EXHIBIT "A"
