R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of three (3 ) parcels of land needed for the Major Drive -
Calder Intersection (82-B 229-00475) for their appraised values;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the purchase of the following parcels is hereby authorized:
Parcel 149 10,833 square feet out of Lot 3
Beaumont Orange and Fig
Subdivision
Value: $27, 100.00
Parcel 150 25, 900. 78 square feet out of the
151A: east part of Lots 1 and 2,
Beaumont Orange and Fig
Subdivision
Value: $95, 080.00
Parcel 151B : 6,456 square feet out of the
west part of Lots 1 and 2,
Beaumont Orange and Fig
Subdivision
Value: $27,820.00
