C . Cartwright Subdivision and a 30 foot working easement. Owner: First Security Bank of Beaumont, N.A. and Benny H. Hughes, Co- trustees of the Caldwell Company Trust. Price: $1 ,543.50 Tract No. 5-A: 0 .252 of an acre tract of land being the east 15 feet of an abandoned 30 foot wide street located between the Heflebower and Scott Subdivision and the M. C. Cartwright Subdivision. Owner: Wilson Realty Price: $2 ,305 .20 Tract No. 7 0 .31 of an acre tract of land being the west 15 feet of an abandoned 30 foot wide street located between the Heflebower and Scott Subdivision and the M. C. Cartwright Subdivision and a 30 foot working easement. Owner: Mrs. Mamie McFaddin Ward Price: $4,051.08 Tract No. 8 0 .31 of an acre of land being the east 15 feet of an abandoned 30 foot wide street located between the Heflebower and Scott Subdivision and the M. Price: $4,051 .08 Tract No. 9 0 .98 of an acre tract of land being out of Tracts 8-A and 9-A of the McFaddin Trust Property in the J. W. Bullock Survey and a 30 foot working easement. Owner: Wilson Realty Price: $3,457 .79 and being further described in Exhibits "A - F" attached hereto for all purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the purchase from the above-listed owners of the properties described in Exhibits "A -F" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby authorized for the sums stated herein. W. Bullock Survey, Abstract 7, Jefferson County, Texas, and abandoned by the City of Beaumont by Ordinance as recorded in Vol . 1149, page 623, of the Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, said 30 foot street being located between the east line of the Heflebower & Scott Subdivision, Vol . 1, page 83, Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, and the west line of the M. C. Cartwright Subdivision, Vol . 4, page 194, of said Map Records, and bounded on the north by the south line of the L.N.V.A. Fresh Water Canal and on the south by the south line of the J. W. Bullock Survey, and containing approximately 0.24 acres or 10,290 square feet of land, more or less. 30 Foot Temporary Construction Easement Being a 30 foot strip of land located adjacent and parallel to and west of the above described 30 foot utility easement and further being the east 30 feet of Lots 28c and 28d of the Heflebower & Scott Subdivision. W.
