HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 81-368 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on July 1 , 1981 , the City of Beaumont entered into an agreement with Juliet Perlstein Simon, Muriel Selber Folloder, and Eleanor Perlstein Weinbaum for the exchange of properties for the construction of the Phelan Connector; and, WHEREAS, the agreement contained Exhibits A, B, C, and D describing the parcels of land to be exchanged; and, WHEREAS, the field note descriptions contained in Exhibits A, B, C, and D should be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an amendment to the above described agreement changing the field note descriptions contained in the Exhibits thereto, to those contained in Exhibit A to this resolution.
