WHEREAS, the developer of Gulf Terrace Addition has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving
improvements as follows :
Street Improvements
Mapes Street--Lot 5 , Block 38 , Lot 24, Block 35
west to Lot 3 , Block 39 and Lot 15, Block 34 ;
Calhoun Street--Lot 9 , Block 39, Lot 1 , Block 38
and Lot 9 , Block 34, Lot 28 , Block 35 ;
Water and Sewer Improvements
Lot 23, Block 35 to Lot 2 , Block 34 ; and,
WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and .maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
in Gulf Terrace Addition as above described be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
